          "text": "<p><strong>Job Purpose:&#xa0;</strong></p><p>You will drive certification strategy, enforce best practices, influence a wide range of stakeholders and provide effective leadership of internal and external certification activities for the Americas region.&#xa0;&#xa0; You will do this by working collaboratively as part of a high performing team while supporting engineering design, development and sustainment.</p><p>You will be responsible for all aspects of certification related to the lifecycle management of products, including:</p><ul><li>Submitting and managing certification requests and enhancements for new and existing products</li><li>Developing innovative certification processes and procedures</li><li>Advising and guiding engineering and cross-functional business teams on certification strategies, principles and best practices</li><li>Solving and leading the teams through complex certification challenges</li><li>Collaborating with key project and business stakeholders</li><li>Delivering continuous improvement of the certification processes using appropriate tools and techniques</li></ul><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Fulfill all certification requirements of a product’s life cycle from research and conceptualization through end-of-life.</li><li>Manage product certifications for all targeted countries and regions and sites of manufacturing.</li><li>Lead certification initiatives and contribute to project plans and timelines with a focus on timely delivery.</li><li>Lead certification reviews to ensure that Rotork designs and solutions comply with specifications and relevant standards.</li><li>Develop and provide cost estimates for certifications and contribute to engineering budget setting and reviews.</li><li>Present analysis and guidance to key stakeholders such as technical leads, senior leaders, cross-functional teams and customers as necessary.</li><li>Collaborate with program managers, project leads and third-party certification bodies to fulfill certification activities.</li><li>Ensure functional and non-functional test specifications meet compliance requirements.</li><li>Develop and prepare certification records and reports as required to demonstrate compliance with associated specifications and any relevant standards.</li><li>Support designs to meet internationally recognized standards.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent experience considered.</li><li>Five years of relevant experience working with Notified / Certification Bodies, testing laboratories, and relevant standards, especially with respect to hazardous locations.</li><li>Technical certification and approvals experience with some or all the following:&#xa0; UL, FM, CSA, ATEX, IECEx.</li><li>Demonstrated experience analyzing, designing, testing, and enhancing existing / new products used in hazardous area environments.</li><li>Knowledge of the approvals process with notified bodies using structured methodologies.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with Microsoft tools, e.g., Excel, Word, SharePoint, Project, etc.</li><li>Experience with task management, defect management, requirements capture, verification and validation tools.</li><li>Willingness to travel.</li></ul><p>#HP</p>",
