Magic</strong> culture. </span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">Facilitate engaging new hire orientation programs and ensuring new Colleagues feel welcomed, supported, and connected while reinforcing the organization&rsquo;s <strong>WOW!
