This role serves as the primary technology authority within the organization, providing visionary leadership across all IT domains including infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems management, data platform, enterprise AI, and enterprise process design.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The SVP of IT partners directly with executive leadership to align technology investments with organizational goals, ensure the reliability and security of all systems, and build a high-performing IT department capable of supporting Legent Health&#39;s mission. Policy</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of IT processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departmental functions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establish and maintain an IT policy framework that governs access control, acceptable use, data governance, change management, and vendor management.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure all IT processes and policies are communicated, trained upon, and consistently enforced across the organization.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with Clinical, Compliance, Finance, and Operations leadership to align IT processes with cross-functional requirements.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>IT Governance &amp; Committee Leadership</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establish and chair IT governance committees, including but not limited to the IT Steering Committee Security &amp; Risk Committee, and Technology Advisory Committee.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Define committee charters, membership, meeting cadences, and decision-making authorities to ensure structured and accountable IT governance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Present strategic IT initiatives, major investments, and risk posture reports to executive leadership and the Board as required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Foster cross-departmental collaboration through governance structures that incorporate clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholder perspectives.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Strategic &amp;
