JOB SUMMARY In order to apply for the CBA position, participants must be contracted through the WA Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) services and working with a contracted service provider from Skills Inc. and DVR. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, write, and communicate in English through verbal communication, American Sign Language, or adaptive technology CONFIDENTIALITY This position may require access to sensitive information, which must be handled with the utmost discretion. This means that information and/or documentation related to employees, suppliers, customers, business practices, and all other related information remains confidential. PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent. Exposure to Manufacturing Environment ITAR – US PERSON STATUS Due to Skills Inc.’s participation in the defense industry, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) apply. These rules require that only “U.S. persons,” as defined by law, can access, view, or share sensitive information or materials related to defense and military technologies. A “U.S. person” is a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident, or someone admitted as a refugee or asylee. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT The physical demands and work environment described here are typical for this job. Employees must be able to meet these requirements to perform the essential duties.
