    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\">Location: Dallas, TX</p><p>Recovery Monitoring Solutions is a leading national provider of drug testing, treatment and offender monitoring services, with corporate offices in Dallas, TX.</p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ol><li>Assist the Controller with the day-to-day, monthly and year-end operations of the Accounting Department.</li><li>Review monthly credit card expense reports and bimonthly payroll reimbursement reports submitted by cardholders through the company&rsquo;s expense reporting software, Concur.</li><li>Prepare and record journal entries allocated by office location for month-end close and year-end close.</li><li>Manage fixed assets within NetSuite fixed asset management system and process monthly depreciation.</li><li>Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations including payroll, accruals, prepaid expenses, deferred revenue, bad debt expense, and employer benefits.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance, and quarterly financial reports by region.</li><li>Create reports and import/export data within the accounting software, NetSuite, based on criteria given and sent to applicable employees.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ol><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting or related field.</li><li>1+ year in accounting function</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel. &nbsp;Pivot Table and V-Lookup skills preferred</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills required.</li><li>Clear criminal background preferred</li><li>Bend, stoop, lift objects up to 15lbs, and maintain mobility necessary to perform minimum functions associated with position.</li></ol><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p></div>\n<br/>Mon-Fri 8am-5pm",
