      "content": "\n<li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education&nbsp;</li>\n<li>4+ years of relevant leadership experience in construction, installation, field operations, or similar industries&nbsp;</li>\n<li>4+ years of general construction knowledge&nbsp;</li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in a field-based or home services environment&nbsp;</li>\n<li>1+ years of experience with window installation, measuring, or servicing windows&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience managing or coordinating installation crews, including 1099 installers&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company insurance standards&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Driving record that meets company’s insurance standards &nbsp;</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or construction management, or related field&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Background in warehouse management&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency level in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)&nbsp;</li>\n<li>High level proficiency with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and resolve issues quickly&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in fast-paced, deadline-driven, and high-pressure environments&nbsp;</li>\n"
