The DBM assists the retailers’ management team and employees to achieve business growth in function of our collective objectives through the application of established norms and processes. The performance of the DBM is evaluated according to the Performance Indicators established at the Retailer, district, regional and national levels, with primary focus around improving network health via new vehicle sales growth and Customer Experience improvement.",
