Our foods are made fresh with quality ingredients daily, and 85% are made from scratch! Other duties include placing orders for product; taking guest orders via phone and in person; executing recipes for self-service and full service kitchen; and providing world-class service to our diverse range of guests while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>You should meet the following minimum requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Previous industry experience in a similar role</li>\n <li>Availability to work any day of the week, in any of our Marin/Sonoma locations</li>\n <li>Must have intermediate to excellent knife skills</li>\n <li>Must be outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills </li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Must have proficient knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our hiring team will reach out via text or email once we’ve reviewed your application.</p>",
