Description
Position Overview: The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for supporting end users with repairing and maintaining PC and peripheral devices and for troubleshooting basic network-related issues.
Essential Functions:
Assist in the deployment of new equipment. Set up and test equipment. Assist with troubleshooting and repair of technical problems experienced by end users. Triage calls from support desk. Enter data into tracking document. Transfer and move equipment for personnel moves. Position Requirements:
Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Technology, preferred. License/Certification: A+ certification; Net+ certification preferred Skills:
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills Able to multi-task Strong problem-solving skills

Philadelphia Residency Requirement:
