YOUR ROLE  AT A GLANCE As  t he Post Majority Supervisor ,  you will suppor t   youth  and young adults formerly in care aged 15-26 from the Driftpile Cree Nation,   as they transition to independence. In this role,  you   will  help guide the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Post Majority program, with a focus on delivering wraparound services that help young people thrive and reach their full potential. Your work will reflect the  vision, mission, and core values of the CKAM Program ,  ensuring every service delivered makes a meaningful impact. HOW  YOU’LL  MAKE A DIFFERENCE Post Majority Program  Management Oversee implementation and operations of the Post Majority program, including administration, intake, reporting, policies, and transitional supports. Maintain and apply knowledge of child and family services legislation across Canada affecting Indigenous young people. Provide  timely  briefings, reports, and data to support informed decision‑making by the Family and Community Preservation Director. Leadership and Coaching Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Post Majority Support Workers through coaching, performance management, and professional development. Monitor caseloads and collaborate with partners to address service gaps and support individualized life planning for young people transitioning to adulthood. Community Collaboration  and Administration Build collaborative partnerships with colleagues and service providers. Use data‑informed insights to recommend policy and practice improvements that support young people transitioning to adulthood. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE 5 years or more  experience  in Social Work  and leadership A Social Work diploma or degree Strong ability to work independently and manage projects, including prioritization, meeting timelines,  facilitating  complex meetings, and  maintaining  confidentiality, ethics, and discretion. Excellent relationship‑building, collaboration, group facilitation, interviewing, and communication skills with young people, both written and oral. Effective conflict resolution and advocacy skills, grounded in an understanding of child development, grief, loss, trauma, and the impacts of colonialism and intergenerational trauma on Indigenous communities. K nowledge of the  Mihtatakaw   Sîpiy   Awasak   Wiyasiwêwin  – Driftpile River Children’s  Law Valid  Class 5 Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract; Police Information Check (Vulnerable Sector), Intervention Record Check, and Drivers Abstract will be  required  upon interview.
