This position plays a vital role in helping each school clearly articulate its unique brand, mission, and story—reaching families, donors, and the broader community with purpose and clarity.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities include: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and marketing materials for both digital and print (e.g., social media, flyers, presentations, brochures)<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and enhance community engagement.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with the team to produce materials for events, campaigns, and programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2+ years of relevant experience in a communications or graphic design role.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with digital communication tools and platforms </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and solid understanding of the Word of God.
