          "text": "<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>$20.50 per hour + <u>monthly bonuses</u></p><ul><li>We have a very comprehensive bonus program that rewards our team for several different aspects!</li><li>Tenure Bonus (the longer you stay, the more you earn)</li><li>DOT Bonus (once DOT certified to drive our larger step vans, you earn an additional bonus)</li><li>Performance Bonus (Top performers earn up to an additional $2.00 per hour bonus)</li><li>Efficiency Bonus (Get paid for a full 10 hour day, even when you finish early)</li><li>Rescue Bonus (Earn a bonus each time you rescue a team member by helping them finish)</li><li>We have drivers earning $25-$30 per hour when factoring in bonuses!</li></ul><p><strong>Shift Time(s):&#xa0;</strong>Shifts start at 10am and finish when you have completed your route. We operate several different vehicle types, including the new electric vans that include heated and cooled seats, automatic doors, 360 degree cameras, ergonomic seating, large navigation screen, and more! You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve! Routes are based on a 10 hour&#xa0;day, but depending on how smart and efficiently you work, you may finish sooner.</li><li>You must have dependable transportation to/from work.</li><li>Saturday or Sunday availability is required.</li><li>This is a VERY physical job due to the amount of walking you will do. Most packages are lightweight, and none are over 50 lbs, but you may&#xa0;walk 10-15&#xa0;miles per day to and from doorsteps. The walking is in short bursts, but it adds up over the coarse of a day.</li><li>Working outdoors is a GREAT&#xa0;part of this job, but you should also&#xa0;consider undesirable weather that you will encounter on&#xa0;some days. Delivering in the rain, heat, and cold is not as fun as the nice beautiful sunny days!</li><li>Dependability is super important to us, so if you expect to have attendance issues, this is not the career&#xa0;for you.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
