An important aspect of the position is a strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Assemble and install van bodies, including walls, floors, and roofs.</li><li>&nbsp;Measure and cut materials according to specifications.</li><li>Use various tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, and riveters.</li><li>&nbsp;Ensure accurate and precise installation of components.</li><li>&nbsp;Conduct quality control checks to ensure assemblies meet customer standards.</li><li>&nbsp;Work in a team environment to meet production deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Competencies:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>&nbsp;2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.</li><li>&nbsp;Strong attention to detail and ability to work precisely.</li><li>&nbsp;Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).</li><li>&nbsp;Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements and Working Conditions</strong></p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;Tasks require the regular and sustained performance of moderately physically demanding work.</p><p>&nbsp;Some combination of climbing and balancing to include climbing ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.</p><p>May involve the lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (20-50 pounds).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Environmental Exposures</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Performance of essential functions may require exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as odors, fumes, temperature and noise extremes, hazardous materials, toxic agents, machinery, heavy equipment, vibrations, or traffic hazards.</p><p><br></p>",
