You will be responsible for oversight of all day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, coordination and delegation of subcontractor work, quality control, and ensuring the safety of everyone on a project site.<br />Responsibilities:<br />•    Provide strong leadership, maintaining effective working relationships with project staff to ensure a positive on-site morale<br />•    Act as primary point of contact for project management staff, subcontractors, building owners and managers, building engineers, architects, and more<br />•    Display a thorough understanding of project specifications<br />•    Ensure safety and security of each job site<br />•    Organize, delegate, and oversee all on-site work being done by subcontractors and coordinate all on-site trade work<br />•    Obtain any necessary permits or licenses<br />•    Utilize project management software to provide real-time data<br />•    Attend scheduled meetings with project management staff, clients, architects, and other <br /></p>",
