    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Job Summary</span></span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">The job holder <span>will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the users, analyzing the users’ behavior, growing our user base, and improving the users experience and retention. </span></span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span>Collaborate with the Product, Content and Tech Teams on optimizing and developing consumer facing products.</span></li>\r\n<li><span>Analyze UX and customer journeys to identify opportunities and improvement.</span></li>\r\n<li><span>Track, measure and analyze the platform’s subscription &amp; sales funnels. </span></li>\r\n<li><span>Setup, monitor and analyze AB tests continuously to improve feature and design</span></li>\r\n<li><span>Build rich &amp; insightful reports that can provide recommendations on features that will improve the overall platform’s user experience. </span></li>\r\n<li><span>Be a driving force in product development, backing up suggestions with evidence and derive actionable insights</span></li>\r\n<li><span>Facilitate data driven decision making across the company</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span> </span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Requirements</span></span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.</span></li>\r\n<li><span>Master’s degree in Data Science or Business Intelligence would be a plus.</span></li>\r\n<li><span>Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role</span></li>\r\n<li><span>Previous experience in dealing with SaaS platforms on a large scale of active Subscribers (500K+ Paid Subscribers)</span></li>\r\n<li><span>Experience with user behavior analysis</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Experience using Machine and Deep Learning languages, preferably Python and its related tools (<span>NumPy, Scikit, Pandas, OCR, etc</span>), to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Practical experience with ML algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, recommender systems, reinforcement learning, and dimensionality reduction.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Experience building data pipelines and data-centric applications using different Databases such as  MySQL, Redshift, MongoDB.</span></li>\r\n<li><span>Expert in dealing with different 3rd party Analytics Platforms such as Firebase, Google Analytics and Amplitude. </span></li>\r\n<li><span>An added advantage for candidates who has work experience on TensorFlowand AWS SageMaker.</span></li>\r\n<li><span>Expert in User Funnels Analysis &amp; Optimization, and Retention &amp; Engagement</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span></p>",
