This role ensures program success, supports students’ professional and personal development, and advances the school’s Catholic mission. Additional responsibilities may include but not limited to special projects as assigned by the President.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead and grow Cristo Rey Kansas City’s signature Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP), ensuring exceptional outcomes for students and corporate partners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and sustain strong partnerships with local and regional employers, securing meaningful job placements and driving annual renewals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify and develop new corporate relationships to expand student job opportunities and strengthen the program’s impact.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee student job placement, training, and performance to ensure professionalism and success in the workplace.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supervise and develop the CWSP team, fostering a high-performing, relationship-driven culture.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deliver a best-in-class partner experience by prioritizing responsiveness, communication, and client satisfaction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with school leadership to set strategy, drive growth, and evaluate program success.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage the CWSP budget to ensure financial sustainability and operational excellence.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support student recruitment efforts by promoting the value of the Cristo Rey model.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Represent Cristo Rey Kansas City within the national network and broader community.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Serve as a member of the senior leadership team, partnering closely with the President and other leaders to advance the school’s mission.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform additional duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field required;
