Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain and repair central plant equipment, including chillers 100 tons and larger, motors, pumps, valves, controls, cooling towers, vane axial fans, and other auxiliary equipment.</li>\n <li>Overhaul of centrifugal chillers a plus.</li>\n <li>Familiar with all aspects of rigging.</li>\n <li>Support the office with recommended repairs from delivery to completion.</li>\n <li>Availability for emergency service calls “on-call” through normal rotation.</li>\n <li>Responsible for end-to-end testing, programming, start-ups, and commissioning.</li>\n <li>Schedule and manage site-wide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair duties for chillers, cooling towers, and central plant equipment.</li>\n <li>Perform daily and monthly preventative maintenance on all associated equipment of chillers, cooling towers, and central plant equipment.</li>\n <li>Ensure completion of maintenance within the scheduled month and allocated time.</li>\n <li>Maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers</li>\n <li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all on-site equipment.</li>\n <li>Attend monthly safety meetings.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Work directly with the Chiller Field Supervisor on new and existing customer opportunities or issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years of work experience at the journeyman level and technical schooling.</li>\n <li>Commercial/Industrial air conditioning experience required.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Chiller, HVAC, and Central Plants.</li>\n <li>HVAC large tonnage field knowledge is required.</li>\n <li>Must be available for emergency service calls “on call” through normal rotation.</li>\n <li>EPA certified.</li>\n <li>Effective oral and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#Mesa #LI-Mesa #LI-HVACjobs #LI-Onsite  </p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
