      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or closely related discipline) required.</li>\n<li>Approximately 1–3 years of experience in building electrical design (power and lighting), or strong internships/co-ops in similar work; training and mentorship are available.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for electrical design; familiarity with lighting calculation software is a plus.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to function effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.</li>\n<li>Interest in pursuing EIT/PE and continued professional growth; the company supports licensure and continuing education.</li>\n"
