As the onsite Team Lead, you will help direct overnight crews, ensure work is completed safely and accurately, and maintain SPAR’s standards for quality, productivity, and professionalism.</p>\n<p>Projects may include merchandising resets, shelving and fixture installations, steel racking, pallet racking, signage updates, and full retail remodels within national retail chains.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Join the best reset and remodel construction team in the business and APPLY TODAY!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time position</li>\n <li>Pay range: <strong>$24–$26 per hour</strong></li>\n <li>Overnight schedule: <strong>8:00 PM – 7:00 AM</strong>, Scheduled days may vary based on project needs</li>\n <li>Extensive travel opportunities</li>\n <li>Mileage reimbursement</li>\n <li>Meal per diem, tolls, and approved expenses covered</li>\n <li>Hotel accommodations provided by SPAR</li>\n <li>Ongoing project work</li>\n <li>Career advancement opportunities</li>\n <li>DailyPay</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and support an overnight fixture team of <strong>8-10 team members</strong></li>\n <li>Provide on-site directions to ensure project tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule</li>\n <li>Perform overnight remodel work in big-box retail locations</li>\n <li>Complete merchandising resets according to planograms, schematics, and project instructions</li>\n <li>Relocate, assemble, install, remove, and replace retail store shelving, fixtures, steel racking, and/or pallet racking</li>\n <li>Install and/or update signage, per store layouts</li>\n <li>Read and follow blueprints, project plans, and store-specific instructions</li>\n <li>Monitor quality of work and help resolve onsite issues professionally</li>\n <li>Communicate project progress, concerns, and completion updates to leadership</li>\n <li>Maintain organization of tools, materials, and work areas</li>\n <li>Engage in considerable physical activity, including standing, bending, climbing, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous retail remodel, fixture installation, construction, or big-box retail experience required</li>\n <li>Prior team lead, crew lead, or supervisory experience required</li>\n <li>Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with an overnight team</li>\n <li>Ability to work overnight shifts, <strong>8:00 PM – 7:00 AM</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to stand and work for <strong>10+ hours</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, planograms, and project instructions</li>\n <li>Experience using basic hand tools and power tools</li>\n <li>Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to <strong>50 lbs.</strong></li>\n <li>Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to <strong>40 feet</strong></li>\n <li>Experience operating equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks preferred; must be able to become certified if not already certified.</li>\n <li>Microsoft Office experience preferred</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required</li>\n <li>Personal cell phone and valid email address required</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li>\n <li>Appropriate work footwear required on the job site (steel-toe shoes/boots or inserts)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About SPAR</strong></p>\n<p>SPAR Marketing Force works with national retail stores to support new store setups, merchandising resets, fixture installations, and full retail remodels.
