Provide actionable financial insights and build reporting tools to improve transparency. Mandatory experience in a SaaS company and demonstrated success in a private-equity-owned or VC-backed firm</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Expert in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis. Proficiency with ERP/financial planning systems; experience implementing enterprise planning tools (like Anaplan) is a strong plus</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and private equity partners</li><li><strong>Leadership & Collaboration:</strong> Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor staff, and work seamlessly with all parts of the business.
