This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems, instrumentation, and controls across high-speed bottling and packaging equipment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Install, maintain, and troubleshoot 480VAC to 24VDC electrical systems and motor control centers</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair process and packaging equipment (fillers, conveyors, packers, palletizers, etc.)</li><li>Work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and servo drives to maintain electronic control systems</li><li>Calibrate, inspect, and troubleshoot flow, pressure, level, and temperature instrumentation</li><li>Lead and train other E&amp;I technicians as needed</li><li>Create worker orders in our maintenance system</li><li>Troubleshoot, photo eyes and proximity sensors</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>3+ years of hands-on experience as an industrial electrician</li><li>1&ndash;2 years in a high-speed production environment (food/beverage or bottling preferred)</li><li>Formal E&amp;I training from vocational school, military, or certification program preferred</li><li>Understanding of 480VAC power distribution systems and NEC code</li><li>Skilled in using electrical tools (megger, amp/volt meters, conduit benders, etc.)</li><li>Solid troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems</li><li>Experience with PLCs and industrial controls (Allen-Bradley, ControlLogix, SLC-500, DeviceNet, Ethernet/IP) (preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with VFDs and servo systems (PowerFlex, SEW, Pacific Scientific, Rockwell)</li><li>Knowledge of vision systems and online coding/printing systems a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;The role requires the ability to:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Stand on hard surfaces such as concrete for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift</li><li>Lift and carry materials weighing up to 60 pounds</li><li>Climb stairs, ladders, platforms, and other structures on equipment or buildings to inspect, operate, maintain, or troubleshoot</li><li>Bend at the knees, twist the back, and kneel as needed to access equipment for operation, maintenance, or troubleshooting</li><li>Work indoors and outdoors in varying seasonal temperatures and humidity levels</li><li>Function effectively in areas of high noise while using proper personal protective equipment (PPE)</li></ul><p><em>Sunny Delight Beverages Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
