    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinician in the Behavioral Health Juvenile Justice program to provide counseling and support services to juveniles and their families. This role is integral in delivering evidence-based interventions, facilitating recovery, and collaborating with court officials and community partners to ensure the best outcomes for at-risk youth. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position will work in detention centers, courts, probation centers, and schools to meet with high-risk youth and will be based out of the Belleville, IL office.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $44,400 - $50,575 annual salary. </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>Chestnut Health Systems is a leading provider of integrated health care services. Chestnut also conducts research and training throughout the U.S.A.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete required data entry and documentation in accordance with program and agency policies.</li>\n <li>Provide juvenile and family-driven services that align with treatment, recovery, and safety plans, including individual, family, and group counseling.</li>\n <li>Utilize evidence-based counseling techniques and behavioral modification strategies to support positive behavioral changes in youth and families.</li>\n <li>Develop and provide educational resources to juveniles and families, offering guidance on behavioral health challenges and coping strategies.</li>\n <li>Promote the recovery model of treatment, incorporating trauma-informed care to foster self-directed recovery.</li>\n <li>Provide factual, strengths-based court testimony that highlights the needs and progress of juveniles and families.</li>\n <li>Foster positive relationships within Chestnut and the community, particularly with court officials and juvenile justice entities.</li>\n <li>Attend and facilitate meetings, juvenile staffings, and program development activities, ensuring compliance with supervision and training requirements.</li>\n <li>Assume leadership roles regularly with minimal oversight, demonstrating initiative and professional expertise.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Strong background in juvenile behavioral health services preferred.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, email, videoconferencing, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license, private automobile insurance, and be insurable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Are you intrigued by this job but don’t meet every single requirement?
