Enter accurate and current demographic and insurance information in the computer for each patient.  Adhere to current productivity requirements for department.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Make appointments for all clinics</li>\n <li>Contact patients via phone and text message to schedule &/or remind them about appointments.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bilingual - English/Spanish</strong></li>\n <li>High school graduate or equivalent </li>\n <li>Minimum six months office or other customer service experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum one year medical office experience preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Thorough knowledge of the Clinics, providers and procedures performed</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the Clinic products and services </li>\n <li>Knowledge of health care delivery systems and the ability to use that knowledge in assisting clients to access necessary health care services</li>\n <li>Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay Range</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$21.00 - $22.00 Depending On Experience</li>\n</ul>",
