This role will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel and commercial construction, with a keen eye for high-end finishes.  This role involves developing and managing project budgets, creating detailed schedules, and overseeing resource allocation to ensure optimal execution.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.</li>\n<li>Establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client requirements.</li>\n<li>Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.</li>\n<li>Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.</li>\n<li>Oversee procurement processes, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor selection.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.</li>\n<li>Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and foster strong working relationships.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Tasks:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and procurement strategies.</li>\n<li>Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications and cost-effectiveness.</li>\n<li>Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on status to stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, prioritizing a safe working environment.</li>\n<li>Manage construction project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular meetings to facilitate communication, address challenges, and meet project objectives.</li>\n<li>Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills and Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field</li>\n<li>5+ years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations (Arizona preferred)</li>\n<li>Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organization, and prioritization</li>\n<li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics</li>\n<li>Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders</li>\n<li>Experience with construction management software and project scheduling tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills and Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>PMP, LEED or similar professional certification in project management or construction management  </li>\n<li>Knowledge of risk management and budget management principles</li>\n<li>Experience in managing large-scale commercial construction projects</li>\n<li>Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications</li>\n<li>Strong financial understanding and experience in project budgeting and cost control</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary &amp; Benefits:</span> Compensation range is $90,000 - $150,000, and will be dependent on candidate’s qualifications and experience and may vary accordingly.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health, Dental, Vision insurance</li>\n<li>401(k) with employer match</li>\n<li>Paid time off and holidays </li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><br></em></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">KSI partners with companies to support their hiring needs.
