    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p class=\"MsoNormal\">We are currently hiring a Maintenance &amp; Reliability Manager in Cincinnati, OH.</p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">The Maintenance and Reliability Manager is responsible for the overall brewery maintenance and coordination of related activities with other departments in full compliance with company policy and objectives. The Leader in this role must ensure food Quality and Safety as it relates to maintenance</span></span></p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong>What You'll Brew:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Promote a team‑oriented, safety‑first culture and ensure product quality standards (“no bad beer leaves the brewery”).</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Enforce all safety, health, GMP, and company policies.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Participate in staff, shift, and safety meetings; lead departmental meetings and training.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Develop and implement methods to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce operating costs.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Provide maintenance leadership, coaching, and development for a diverse, high‑performing team.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Collaborate effectively with union employees.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Build employee skill sets through training and development programs.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Identify operational gaps and create plans to achieve brewery KPIs.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Track and communicate maintenance and reliability metrics; reduce planned/unplanned downtime.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Support autonomous maintenance and system ownership initiatives.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Use Root Cause Analysis to drive safety, quality, and process improvements.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Monitor performance metrics and propose improvement solutions.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Participate in budgeting, cost control, and productivity improvement efforts.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Partner with Engineering to improve operations, reduce costs, and enhance equipment utilization.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Reduce equipment downtime through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Apply LEAN principles within the maintenance department.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Maintain a SOX‑compliant stockroom for critical parts and consumables.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Stay aligned with Engineering on equipment upgrades and performance improvements.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Manage the maintenance budget and eliminate repetitive purchases through root cause elimination.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Select, train, and develop shift personnel to meet departmental goals.</span></li><li><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and evaluate new processes, equipment, and improvement Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline required.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with increasing responsibility for people, equipment reliability, maintenance systems, and operational performance.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Demonstrated site-level maintenance leadership experience within high-speed CPG manufacturing environments, including packaging, process, utilities, and facility systems.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Proven experience managing critical utility systems, including compressed air, steam, refrigeration, water, wastewater, electrical distribution, and supporting infrastructure to ensure reliability, compliance, and cost effectiveness.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives that drive measurable gains in reliability, OEE, productivity, cost, quality, and operational efficiency. &nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Proven ability to design and implement sustainable work systems that improve equipment reliability, maintenance execution, and overall operational performance.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Strong experience leading through frontline leaders and maintenance managers to drive technical performance, accountability, and execution excellence.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Deep knowledge of maintenance excellence systems, including preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, reliability-centered maintenance, and LEAN maintenance principles.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Strong troubleshooting and root cause problem-solving capability across equipment, automation, utility, and process systems.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Demonstrated success developing and executing capital projects, process optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement strategies.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between <i><u>$102,000 - $163,000</u></i>. However, it’s important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
