As an agile company that values growth and collaboration, we offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic industry where innovation meets excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As an Audit &amp; Tax Officer, you will be an essential member of our finance team, primarily responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the Cyprus-based entities’ statutory, tax and VAT reporting obligations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of all necessary financial and statutory information required for the completion of the statutory audits of the Cyprus-based entities of the organization in coordination with external auditors.</li>\n<li>Maintain communication with external auditors for the smooth conduct of statutory audits.</li>\n<li>Preparation of information and financial workings required for the completion of the transfer pricing studies of the group to enable management to ensure that all inter-company arrangements conform with the arm’s length principle for Cyprus TP purposes.</li>\n<li>Conducting monthly reconciliation of the Cyprus-based entities’ balances with their related parties and their vendors.</li>\n<li>Calculation of provisional taxes for Cyprus-based entities.</li>\n<li>Review tax calculation per final audited FS and ensure accurate and timely submission of the Cyprus- based entities tax returns.</li>\n<li>Monitor tax compliance process for the Cyprus entities of the organisation.</li>\n<li>Assist the CFO with the work necessary for the completion of tax audits.</li>\n<li>Keep up to date with changes and developments in the local tax framework and advise CFO of possible implications for the organization.</li>\n<li>Preparation of supporting reports required for VAT return submissions.</li>\n<li>Other ad hoc audit and tax-related requests that might come from time to time from the CFO.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>ACA, ACCA, CPA certification or relevant certification.</li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.</li>\n<li>At least 3-4 years of proven experience as a tax manager or similar position.</li>\n<li>Have a good understanding of Cyprus local tax laws and regulations.</li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns.</li>\n<li>Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.</li>\n<li>Analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.</li>\n<li>Fluency in English is a must.</li>\n<li>Fluency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheet formulation).</li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Schedule: </span>on-site Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?
