In this role, you will partner with executive leadership and operational stakeholders to provide financial insights that drive business decisions, improve performance, and support organizational growth.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate combines strong <strong>financial modeling</strong>, <strong>forecasting</strong>, and <strong>reporting expertise</strong> with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial analyst looking to expand their leadership capabilities and play a key role in <strong>strategic financial planning</strong>.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Selected Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Lead</strong> the development and ongoing maintenance of monthly operating reports and other recurring financial deliverables. </li>\n <li><strong>Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process</strong> by partnering with leaders across the organization to develop accurate financial projections. </li>\n <li>Develop and maintain <strong>enterprise-wide cash flow forecasts</strong>. </li>\n <li>Build and enhance sophisticated <strong>financial models</strong> to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning. </li>\n <li>Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and provide <strong>data-driven recommendations</strong> to leadership. </li>\n <li>Prepare <strong>executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses</strong>. </li>\n <li>Conduct detailed <strong>cost and profitability analyses</strong> to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization. </li>\n <li>Monitor key financial and operational metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve <strong>financial planning processes, tools, and reporting capabilities</strong>. </li>\n <li>Support <strong>special projects, ad hoc analyses, and strategic initiatives</strong> as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Target candidates should bring <strong>4+ years of financial analysis</strong> experience and a <strong>Bachelor’s</strong> degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Other Priorities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.</li>\n <li>Experience in healthcare or other multi-site service organizations.</li>\n <li>Experience with NetSuite, DataRails, Power BI, or similar financial and business intelligence platforms.</li>\n <li>FP&A, financial modeling, or Lean Six Sigma certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are passionate about <strong>financial analysis, business strategy, and driving organizational success through data</strong>, we encourage you to apply.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Avance Care provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to religion, race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identification, alienage or citizenship status, national origin, age, marital status, pregnancy, disability, veteran or military status, predisposing genetic characteristics or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local law.</em></p>",
