    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Attract, mentor, and help retain female AUTO students at Brookdale.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and engage in high school and professional organization outreach, including Attending professional conferences and engagements.</li>\n <li>Perform site visits to area high schools and middle schools.</li>\n <li>Perform site visits to industry partners.</li>\n <li>Serve as mentor to female AUTO and STEM students.</li>\n <li>Create and supervise a Brookdale chapter of Amazing Women in Automotive.</li>\n <li>Serve on Brookdale's Electric Vehicle (EV) advisory board.</li>\n <li>Provide direct support to the AUTO department chair.</li>\n <li>Assist with related projects as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate Degree or equivalent combination or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Experience: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years of related experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work in multi-project, fast-paced environment and meet concurrent deadlines.</li>\n <li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Must be computer literate with ability to utilize Microsoft Office at an intermediate level and the ability to learn and utilize specific higher education programs and systems</li>\n <li>Ability to learn and apply office practices, procedures, policies, and regulations that are essential to the position.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications & Special Considerations: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of  Monmouth County and its communities.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 60 lbs.
