If your background meets the job info below we encourage you to apply!<br><br>They are looking to hire a Product Engineer at their Orange County, CA location with the following experience:<ul><li>New Product Introduction &#8211; responsible for product life cycle management</li><li>Understand contributors to highest level in product quality, cost and drive cost reductions</li><li>Manage test house qualifications and yield improvements</li><li>Characterization, ATE and probe data analysis</li><li>Developing production and characterization test specifications</li><li>Creating and managing product documentation</li><li>Providing product development support which involves interfacing with Design, Test, Application, Quality Engineering.</li></ul>Required Experience:<ul><li>Minimum B.S. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. MS is a plus but not required. 5 to 10 yrs experience in Product Development</li><li>Solid working knowledge in mix-signal to release products into high volume production</li><li>Significant experience in techniques for problem isolation/solving, test issue resolution, and yield enhancement</li><li>Significant knowledge and experience in the use of bench instruments as well as other lab equipment for troubleshooting</li><li>Statistical methods and tools</li><li>Product reliability and qualification</li><li>Demonstrable project management skills</li></ul>Desired Experience:<ul><li>Lab Equipment knowledge related to VNA/PNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Digital and Real-Time Oscilloscope, BERT, etc.&#160;</li><li>Understand in troubleshooting HW&#160;&#160;</li><li>C++ programming experience desired or other related Python/MATLAB</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<br>The successful candidate will have the following personal characteristics:<ul><li>Requires good communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work closely and coordinate activities with other functional groups</li><li>Must have excellent analytical and technical skills to find and resolve any product, process, test, and yield issues</li><li>Must able to work well under pressure, changing priorities, and constant interruptions</li><li>Must be able to multi-task, coordinate meeting, prepare and give technical presentations</li></ul>",
