To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring the Lake Country Co-op brand to life, visit us at www.lakecountryco-op.crs.</p><p><strong>Reporting to the Shellbrook Corner Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:</strong><br>• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.<br>• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.<br>• Provide in-store service; serve guests, operate the point of sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.<br>• Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company and government policies, procedures, and standards in social responsibility of the selling of age restricted items such as lottery, tobacco, liquor.<br>• Ensure a culture of safety while maximizing operational efficiency.<br>• Have a good working understanding of the POS system.<br>• Receive, price and display merchandise as required specified by the team leader.<br>• Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.<br>• Position is primarily based in the C-Store/Gas Bar, with cross-support in the Wine, Spirits, and Beer department as needed.<br>• Support and follow the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies and procedures.<br>• Perform all other duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Why It Matters:</strong> Lake Country Co-op Gas Bars are the first choice for convenience in Shellbrook.
