    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position Summary:&nbsp;<br></strong></p><p>At Boll&eacute; Safety, we thrive when our people thrive. &nbsp; We&rsquo;re currently looking for a Bilingual Licensed Optician whose role is vital to help our team grow and provide excellent customer service around the country.&nbsp;</p><p>The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to details. &nbsp;This person should have experience working in an office environment, providing customer support for the Boll&eacute; Safety organization. &nbsp;Given the dynamic nature of the licensed optician, we rely on this role to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of customer information.</p><p>The position reports to the Rx Operations Manager and is based at our Carlsbad, California headquarters.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following):</strong></p><ol><li>Be able to enter prescription orders using our online platform and ensure follow-up with the lab.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage stock and fulfillment of the Rx cards and digital vouchers.</li><li>Be able to interpret results of eye examinations, and use those prescriptions to help select the appropriate selection of eyeglasses, frames, and lenses. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Use your expertise to explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers in a practical and understandable manner.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone, text, email and online to both our distribution partners and their end users.&nbsp;</li><li>Be the primary resource to our sales team for question regarding product knowledge and educating our internal sales reps for related questions.&nbsp;</li><li>Train and be knowledgeable of the Safety products offered and what options work for the customer. Become a product expert.</li><li>Check that our eyewear meets ANSI standards while still attempting to meet customer requirements and requests.</li><li>Be proactive at preparing for potential issues and recommend changes in process related to order management, card fulfillment, and customer service to address these upcoming issues.&nbsp;</li></ol><p>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have a valid license to practice opticianry.</li><li>Must be bilingual.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus.</li><li>Basic understanding of customer service practices.</li><li>Proficient with all Microsoft programs.</li><li>Detail oriented.</li><li>Great communication and interpersonal skills. In person, phone, and virtual.</li><li>A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.</li><li>Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.</li><li>Solution-minded with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Resourceful and proactive.</li><li>Positive mindset, go-beyond attitude, and highly collaborative work style.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Work from our office in Carlsbad a minimum of 3 days a week. &nbsp;</li></ul></div></div>\n",
