The ideal candidate </span>should be passionate about the industry, the clients we serve, and the work. </span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 15px; font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">In this role you will:</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Oversee portfolio of accounts</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> High level understanding of nature of work &amp; status across different workstreams</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Ability to make priority calls based on client needs &amp; orchestrate via respective Project Managers</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Manage client communication (ex. Steer co, core team, monthly checkpoints, escalations, etc.)</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Nurture client relationship &amp; identify collaboration opportunities.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Work with discipline leads to draft team proposals &amp; manage quality of service</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Budget management</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Eye for continuous improvement &amp; drive value.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 15px; font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">What are we looking for?
