This individual will assist Lehman Pipe in supporting our ever expanding commercial, fire sprinkler, and groundwater customer base. &nbsp;This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.</li><li>Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate sales.</li><li>Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals.</li><li>Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts.</li><li>Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.</li><li>2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.</li><li>Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.</li><li>Relevant industry experience</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Skills</strong></h3><ul><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Performance Metrics</strong></h3><ul><li>Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.</li><li>Customer retention and satisfaction rates.</li><li>Number of new accounts generated.</li><li>Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>\n",
