The Table Games Dealer School Student does not perform the function of a Table Games Dealer nor work on the gaming floor in any capacity.    </li>\n <li>Responsible for meeting Table Games Dealer School attendance requirements.  </li>\n <li>Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining an atmosphere of professionalism and integrity in Dealer School.  The Table Games Dealer School Student does not perform the function of a Table Games Dealer nor work on the gaming floor in any capacity.  Ensures debris is picked up from common hotel areas. </li>\n <li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.  </li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.</li>\n <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be at least 21 years of age.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED; zero to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in a customer service position preferred but not required.   </li>\n <li>Must be able to successfully complete a Table Games audition displaying adequate Table Games dealing skills and complete Dealer School prior to transferring to a Table Games Dealer. </li>\n <li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.  </li>\n <li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain a Gaming Permit.
