    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Title</strong>: Summer Shop Oiler – Orem</p>\n<p><strong>Division</strong>: Equipment</p>\n<p><strong>Supervisor</strong>: Shop Supervisor</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Summary</u></strong>: This Summer position will be a 90-day position with the opportunity to build foundational skills in equipment maintenance, lubrication practices, and shop operations. You will build a strong foundation for a skilled shop career.</p>\n<p>Under the direction of the shop supervisor the oiler is will be helping to lubricate, service, and maintain oil and antifreeze levels for equipment and machinery in an efficient and safe manner. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values.</li>\n <li>Assist with preventative maintenance, fuel, and oil equipment under supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support parts handling, inventory tracking, and shop organization</li>\n <li>Help maintain accurate maintenance and lubrication records. </li>\n <li>Assist in the maintenance shops as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintain tools as required to perform job.</li>\n <li>Maintain insurable driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure a safe and healthful work environment by keeping assigned area clean from trash and debris at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Education and/or Experience</u></strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED (or in progress for age 16-18).</li>\n <li>Applicants from Age 16-17 must be enrolled in an accredited technical high school or technical high school program in auto mechanics, diesel mechanics, or related field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Demands:</u> </strong>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Sitting</strong>: 10% of time</li>\n <li><strong>Standing: </strong>60% - 70% of time</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Climbing:</strong> 20% - 30% of the time. This includes shop ladders, equipment access ladders, and climbing under equipment for maintenance.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Weight Lifted: </strong>Must frequently be able to lift and carry up to 50-70 pounds. Heavy items may be required to be lift above one’s head and maneuvered while sitting, kneeling and laying down. For safety, assistance will be provided for heavy objects.</li>\n <li><strong>Physical Movement</strong>: May frequently be required to walk and work over uneven ground, balance, stoop/crouch, kneel, grab, drag, climb and hold objects.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Speaking / Listening</strong>: Needs to be able to communicate effectively with supervision, follow instructions, and understand safety requirements. Needs to be able to hear sounds and recognize difference between them as well as focus on one source of sound and ignore others.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Working Conditions: </strong>70% of time will be spent working in the shop, and 30% will be field/ road call work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>*</strong>Physical Demands /Safety are dependent on location of position.
