    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Referral Coordinator (Therapy)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Referral intake &amp; patient scheduling | Therapy | $18-24/ hr</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities</span><br></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Receive and enter referrals from MedSender and other referral sources and enter into Atlas customized platform <br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Triage and tag service type — therapy, med mgmt, psych testing<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contact patients same day — confirm service interest and insurance<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Match patient to correct provider based on insurance, location, availability<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Schedule appointments for therapy and medication management <br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage 3-attempt follow-up queue over 2 weeks for unreached patients<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Field inbound callbacks from Therarep queue same business day<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Discharge patients after 3 failed contact attempts and notify referring practitioner </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required qualifications</span><br></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Associate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or related field<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clinical literacy — familiarity with mental health service types and terminology<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">1+ year experience in medical or behavioral health administrative role<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong phone communication and patient-facing skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">HIPAA knowledge and compliance awareness</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred qualifications</span><br></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or medical scheduler<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with MedSender, Square, or similar platforms<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in multi-department or multi-location practice<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bilingual a plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>",
