Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>What Drives Success</h2>\n<p>The Machine Operators primary function is to ensure the setup, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Duties:</u></strong></p>\n<li>Record accurate daily production while maintaining production quotas. </li>\n<li>Ensuring the inspection of the quality of the product during daily production. </li>\n<li>Perform minor adjustments of the roll-forming machine as needed. </li>\n<li>Ensure proper markings are affixed to the product fabric. </li>\n<li>Ensure product is packaged in the appropriate carton and labels are affixed. </li>\n<li>Ensure finished packaged product is placed on skids. </li>\n<li>Ensure presses and dies are lubricated when required. </li>\n<li>Maintain work area clean and free of debris.</li>\n<li>Ensure the recording of scrap. </li>\n<li>Load any and all raw material as needed.</li>\n<li>Notify the supervisor when a machine is not working properly.</li>\n<li>Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections.</li>\n<li>Assist with annual physical inventory. </li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n<h2>What We Are Looking For</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Additional Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to read/write in English.</li>\n <li>Must be flexible – OT and weekends are required as needed.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work a 10 hour/day schedule.</li>\n <li>Work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Must be able to assist in other areas/departments when there is downtime.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Experience </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Requirements – Essential</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be in good physical condition.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Must have good hand/eye coordination.</li>\n <li>Must be able to sit, stand, walk and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between <strong>$17.00-$19.00/hour.</strong> Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
