This includes key deliverables and dependencies from other associated projects. &nbsp;The Program Manager must have considerable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate a high degree of project ownership and accountability for complex system programs. This position involves regular communication with executive management on status, risks and product strategy. Excellent listening, writing skills and strong technical competency are essential.</p><p><br></p><p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Cross-functional project team leader responsible for developing overall program plan and driving execution to deliver on approved scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with team members, functional managers and other key stakeholders to secure commitments and to optimize schedule and resource utilization.</li><li>Understand dependencies between technology, operations and business needs</li><li>Prepare and present weekly program status to management communicating progress on deliverables, schedule, cost, risks and key technical issues.</li><li>Be an ambassador to the development process and possess ability to effectively drive changes that are necessary for continuous improvement action.</li><li>Lead and motivate project teams and functional management to execute all deliverables on time and without sacrificing required product attributes and quality.</li><li>Work closely with functional managers to resolve resource conflicts or gaps and to facilitate issue resolution as needed.</li><li>Escalate critical program issues and project roadblocks, as necessary, and in a timely manner.</li><li>Analyze program risk and develop risk mitigation or contingency plans by working with appropriate subject matter experts and managers.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement on processes, tools, and metrics, proactively initiating changes when needed to ensure effectiveness. &nbsp;Maintain a focus on quality, predictability, scalability, repeatability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Key Skills:<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in appropriate field of study, and/or equivalent work experience</li><li>7+ years of broad Program/Project Management experience delivering technology products / solutions that involve both Hardware and Software (Embedded, Platform, Apps, and cloud); Consumer electronics product development experience a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical programs and to drive numerous programs simultaneously</li><li>Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques</li><li>Experience in Waterfall, SDLC, Agile, Scrum development environment</li><li>Excellent judgment, seasoned analytical skills, superior oral and written communication skills and an infectious can-do approach to work</li><li>Ability to work independently and be effective in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Demonstrate ability to consistently deliver results</li><li>Proficient with various project tools including MS Project, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio and Confluence; Jira experience a plus</li></ul>\n    </div>\n  \n",
