    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Argano is seeking a Senior Varicent Consultant&nbsp;to be a part of our Sales Performance team. We are laser focused on designing, building, and deploying sales performance management systems on our partner platforms. As a member of the consulting team, you will be involved directly with clients and responsible for delivering quality work on mid-size to large client projects.</p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Derive and understand client&nbsp;business&nbsp;needs, and document findings&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Work closely with team leaders and specialists in solution design&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Configure Varicent Incentives system to meet requirement needs&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Design and implement data extract/transform/load strategies&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Coordinate quality assurance and testing phases of projects&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Work with clients to assess readiness and plan for system roll-out&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist project manager with supporting deployed projects&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p>\n<p>EDUCATION:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Informational Technology,&nbsp;Business&nbsp;Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 4 years of experience with Varicent Incentives.</li>\n <li>Comfortable with emerging technologies, learning new software, understanding a data model and an object model.</li>\n <li>Experienced writing SQL queries, and writing design specifications.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of software development &amp; implementation life cycles.</li>\n <li>Experience with major relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)</li>\n <li>Able to prioritize, multitask, and work well in teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Communication</strong>: proficient in English written and verbal communications.</li>\n <li><strong>Knowledge</strong>: Understanding of various domains such as networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, databases, etc. Familiarity with different operating systems and software applications.</li>\n <li><strong>Strategic Thinking</strong>:&nbsp;Consultants II should have a strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute project strategies.
