Reporting to the Senior Manager &ndash; Global Treasury, this role is critical in ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient liquidity deployment, and strong treasury operations across all regions.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Cash Flow Forecasting &amp; Analysis:</strong><ul type=\"circle\" style=\"font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Lead the global cash flow forecasting cycle from initiation through consolidation, analysis, and reporting.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Partner with regional finance teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Analyze trends, variances, cash risks, and opportunities; propose actionable recommendations.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintain and enhance the forecasting models, reporting cadence, and related processes.</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Global Cash &amp; Liquidity Management:</strong><ul type=\"circle\" style=\"font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Monitor daily global cash positions and ensure optimal liquidity allocation across regions.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support short-term liquidity planning, cash pooling structures, and internal funding mechanisms.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Contribute to working capital optimization initiatives, including AR, AP, and inventory-related cash improvements.</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Treasury Operations: Reporting &amp; Compliance:</strong><ul type=\"circle\" style=\"font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Prepare and deliver treasury, liquidity, and variance reports for senior management.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support compliance with internal treasury policies and external banking requirements.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assist with bank account administration, payment operations, and internal controls.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support internal and external audits related to treasury.</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Banking &amp; Systems:</strong><ul type=\"circle\" style=\"font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assist in managing global banking relationships and account structures.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support enhancements to Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP integrations, and automation workflows.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Identify and implement opportunities to streamline treasury processes.</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong><ul type=\"circle\" style=\"font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT to maintain data accuracy and enhance global cash visibility.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support global initiatives focused on treasury centralization and best-practice standardization.</li></ul></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">2&ndash;5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, FP&amp;A, or corporate finance.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Strong analytical and financial modeling skills;
