Someone needs to own&nbsp;<strong>how</strong>&nbsp;this software gets deployed, installed, updated, and improved in the field. And make sure we continuously learn from real-world usage while doing it.</p><p>That someone gets a rare combination: deep technical product work, direct contact with operators in the field, and the autonomy to shape how a critical part of our product evolves.
