This role is ideal for individuals who are friendly, positive, open-minded, flexible, community-oriented, and enjoy staying active. As a Direct Support Professional, you will assist individuals in balancing what is important to them and what is important for them, helping them live meaningful lives of their choosing.</p><p>At Support Services of Virginia, we are dedicated to mentoring and supporting our team members as they work toward their personal and professional goals. Direct Support Professionals are expected to work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month as part of their regular schedule.
