    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Director of Business Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for creating, expanding, and managing strategic business relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors. The successful candidate leads and oversees the development of new business opportunities and growth initiatives, as well as identifies and capitalizes on potential new markets and products. The Director also provides strategic guidance and recommendations to the executive team and other departments. Responsible for all marketing requirements and community relations on behalf of the company. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide a local presence to support current program activities managed or supported by the Program Offices located at WP AFB.</li>\n <li>Support cost, schedule, performance awareness of SES AF Enterprise Programs as the local SES contact for these programs.</li>\n <li>Develop and execute strategies to expand the business, increase revenue, and achieve strategic objectives.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors.</li>\n <li>Identify potential new markets and products and develop strategies to capitalize on them.</li>\n <li>Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute new initiatives.</li>\n <li>Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.</li>\n <li>Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape.</li>\n <li>Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote and differentiate the company’s products and services.</li>\n <li>Provide strategic guidance and direction to the executive team.</li>\n <li>Develop marketing themes and products.</li>\n <li>Serve as POC for community affairs. </li>\n <li>Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, customers, and stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, engineering, aviation systems, or related field.</li>\n <li>Masters’ preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Experience: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of experience in Gov’t Acquisition/Business Operations.</li>\n <li>Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li>\n <li>Fighter Aviation experience highly desirable. </li>\n</ul>",
