This role uses data analysis and structured methodologies to drive sustainable improvements across the organization.&#xa0;</p><p><u><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></u></p><ul><li><p>Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Analyze current processes to&#xa0;identify&#xa0;inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Facilitate root cause analysis using tools such as Fishbone diagrams and 5 Whys&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Drive projects to improve KPIs such as cycle time, yield, scrap, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance, supply chain)&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Standardize processes and ensure documentation is updated (SOPs, work instructions)&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Train employees&#xa0;on&#xa0;continuous improvement tools and methodologies&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support audits and compliance initiatives&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Monitor and report on improvement project results&#xa0;</p></li></ul>",
