This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, work alongside multidisciplinary specialists, and help advance solutions for high‑demand environments and next‑generation technology facilities.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for innovative energy projects</li>\n <li>Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staff</li>\n <li>Monitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize issues for clients in manufacturing, advanced technology, and energy sectors</li>\n <li>Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutions</li>\n <li>Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required</li>\n <li>Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws</li>\n <li>Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead high‑impact engineering projects that support reliable, safe, and efficient operation of advanced manufacturing and mission‑critical energy systems</li>\n <li>Mentor and inspire junior engineers passionate about delivering sustainable, future‑ready energy solutions</li>\n <li>Collaborate with talented professionals across disciplines in a flexible work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Generation & Energy Management team is doing?
