This role begins as a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Spa Floor Instructor</span> with the opportunity to grow into a classroom teaching position. Strong presentation skills — or a willingness to develop them — are essential.</p>\n<p>We are looking for instructors who are:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passionate about the aesthetics industry</li>\n<li>Accountable and professional</li>\n<li>Strong communicators</li>\n<li>Energized by helping others succeed</li>\n<li>Committed to excellence and consistency</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Some evenings and weekends are required.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and oversee all student treatments on the spa clinic floor (laser setting checks, chemical peel supervision, safety oversight, etc.)</li>\n<li>Ensure strict adherence to protocols and state board requirements</li>\n<li>Assist students in performing thorough consultations and delivering safe, effective treatments</li>\n<li>Guide students in professional communication and client experience</li>\n<li>Support and coach students in product knowledge and retail sales performance</li>\n<li>Work closely with the front desk to maintain efficient appointment flow, charting accuracy, and client satisfaction</li>\n<li>Maintain a calm, confident presence while managing multiple students and situations</li>\n<li>Document student performance and hold students accountable to NIMA standards</li>\n<li>Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture among instructors and students</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Requirements for Success</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current Utah Master Esthetician License</li>\n<li>Minimum 1 year of well-rounded esthetics experience</li>\n<li>Professional presence and ability to manage adult learners</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Comfort working in a goal-driven environment</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and operate efficiently in a fast-paced clinic setting</li>\n<li>Clear and confident communication skills</li>\n<li>Adaptability in a growing and evolving organization</li>\n<li>Desire to grow into a classroom teaching role</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Helpful but Not Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with lasers from multiple manufacturers</li>\n<li>Knowledge of cosmetic laser physics</li>\n<li>Utah State Esthetics Instructor License<br>(If pursuing the teaching track, this will eventually be required after hours are met.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hourly DOE + commission opportunities</li>\n<li>Health benefits for full-time employees (30+ hours)</li>\n<li>401K with company match after 1 year</li>\n<li>Free or discounted products and services (including Botox)</li>\n<li>Some Saturdays required</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
