As an early engineer, you will architect and deploy multi-step AI agents that automate discovery, outreach, and campaign management for brands like Under Armour and Logitech. You'll own the agentic transformation of a product already generating 7-figure ARR. What you will do: Architect and implement production-grade multi-step AI agents to automate end-to-end creator discovery, negotiation, and campaign management. Build and scale robust backend systems using Python and FastAPI, focusing on LLM orchestration and efficient agentic workflows. Collaborate directly with founders to shape the product's technical direction and translate creator marketing challenges into autonomous AI solutions. The ideal candidate: 3–8 years of professional software engineering experience, specifically at Series A–D AI-native startups or high-growth tech environments. Proven track record of shipping AI agents or LLM-powered systems in production environments using Python and modern agent frameworks.
