          "text": "<p>The Assistant Designer, Graphics will provide support in the creation of unique, original and engaging graphics and art to be used in production of Indigo product, packaging and other internal initiatives. This role collaborates closely with internal packaging and graphic senior designer(s) to ensure the Indigo brand is communicated in a strong and consistent manner, inspiring and engaging our customers. The support will engage in design execution from conception to pre-production approvals.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS</strong></p><ul><li>On time, on-spec delivery of all graphics and artwork</li><li>Creative contribution</li><li>Satisfaction of cross-functional partners and internal customers</li></ul><p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p><p><u>Functional</u></p><ul><li>Assist in the design and creation of impactful graphics, typography and artwork for proprietary products, packaging and other initiatives, as directed</li><li>Collaborate with design leads on original creative concepts that meet the given project's overall objectives and support the brand’s creative and visual guidelines</li><li>Responsible for graphics and artwork from inception to final product, resizing and reformatting images; packaging, typography and artwork for private brand studio and hybrid packaging projects.</li><li>As needed, research and recommend stock illustrations and patterns for purchase.
