    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.31.14/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.31.14/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>CASINO FLOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT</strong></p><p><strong>Casino Floor Customer Service Attendant job description summary:</strong></p><p>The casino floor customer service attendant is responsible for various service areas of the Operations department.</p><p><strong>Essential duties of the casino floor customer service attendant include the following:</strong></p><p>&bull; Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.</p><p>&bull; Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.</p><p>&bull; Responsible for the morale and direction of all front-line associates.</p><p>&bull; Routinely inspects all supported equipment, identifying potential problems and repairing same, if possible.</p><p>&bull; Responsible for providing racing programs and the removal of bill and ticket jams in the self-bet machines in the VLT building and hotel.</p><p>&bull; All other duties as assigned to the casino floor customer service attendant.</p><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>Directly supervises the activities of Operations Attendants and directly supervises the activities of all VLT systems in the VLT building.</p><p>Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization&rsquo;s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training associates, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining associates, addressing complaints and resolving problems with customers and departmental associates.</p><p><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><p>High School diploma or GED required. Previous work experience with the public preferred.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS:</strong></p><p>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret simple documents, such as safety rules and regulations, technical procedure manuals, instructions, and basic correspondence, reports and memos.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
