This individual will&#xa0;assist&#xa0;in leading project controls services for major client accounts and will help with wider business initiatives if needed.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive project control strategies, processes, and procedures to&#xa0;optimize&#xa0;project performance and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. &#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define project&#xa0;objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs. &#xa0;</li><li>Create detailed project schedules using industry-standard project management software, considering critical path analysis, resource allocation, and dependencies. &#xa0;</li><li>Monitor and analyze project progress against established baselines,&#xa0;identifying&#xa0;deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Take proactive measures to mitigate risks and address issues promptly. &#xa0;</li><li>Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;and&#xa0;timely&#xa0;reports on project performance, including schedule adherence, cost variance, earned value, and risk assessment. &#xa0;</li><li>Provide expert advice and recommendations on project control best practices, including cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management. &#xa0;</li><li>Develop and implement change management processes to assess and manage project scope changes, ensuring proper impact analysis, approval procedures, and documentation. &#xa0;</li><li>Assist&#xa0;project teams in developing contingency plans, risk mitigation strategies, and recovery plans to address project challenges and ensure successful project outcomes. &#xa0;</li><li>Support project managers in analyzing project data and generating reports to&#xa0;facilitate&#xa0;decision-making,&#xa0;identify&#xa0;trends, and provide insights into project performance. &#xa0;</li><li>Train and mentor project team members on project control methodologies, tools, and techniques, fostering a culture of project control excellence within the organization. &#xa0;</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project controls, and proactively apply this knowledge to enhance project management processes. &#xa0;</li><li>SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.</li></ul>",
